So I do not know if it has been 'CREATED' by someone. A sign of just how much water has fallen in 6 months as I am still going over fence to avoid Quagmire footpaths, Giggety!!!
Odd that I saw on trough with no water in it, lol. Footpaths on hills still have several feet of them permanently wet due to running water. In fact I am rather surprised that I have not seen court cases of member of the public suing them because they have just LEFT THIS as usual and algae and moss has grown and someone has fallen over and broken something?!
