CRIMSON DARTER DRAGONFLY - CROCOTHEMIS SERVILIA
I hope I got this right finally, lol. Red eyes, carapace and abdomen and some of the wing membrane near the base a vivid red means Crimson Darter or Scarlet SKimmer?!
